Located in Lincoln Harbor, Masina Trattoria’s newly appointed Executive Chef Peter Ingrasselino, of well-known Clemente restaurant in Lodi, New Jersey, brings 20 years of experience and has been featured in such publications as The New York Times, The Bergen Record, and the Herald News. At the helm of Masina Trattoria’s kitchen, Ingrasselino turns out a menu full of savory Italian dishes with distinct influences from each of Italy’s most prominent regions. Fresh grilled vegetables, meats and fish are carefully paired with the finest of herbs, cheeses, pastas, and oils. Items like grilled octopus, baked pancetta scallops with orange, and cedar plank branzino top off an already solid menu of Masina Trattoria favorites.
