Masina Trattoria brings a taste of Italy to New Jersey’s Hudson River waterfront. Located in Lincoln Harbor, Masina Trattoria’s newly appointed Executive Chef Peter Ingrasselino, of well-known Clemente restaurant in Lodi, New Jersey, brings 20 years of experience and has been featured in such publications as The New York Times, The Bergen Record, and the Herald News. He has also made numerous television appearances and garnered multiple culinary awards.
At the helm of Masina Trattoria’s kitchen, Ingrasselino turns out a menu full of savory Italian dishes with distinct influences from each of Italy’s most prominent regions. Fresh grilled vegetables, meats and fish are carefully paired with the finest of herbs, cheeses, pastas, and oils. Items like grilled octopus, baked pancetta scallops with orange, and cedar plank branzino top off an already solid menu of Masina Trattoria favorites.
Wraparound windows and expansive outdoor seating offer stunning waterfront views, as guests dine in or al fresco, enjoying a menu that pairs a range of delicious ingredients and distinctive tastes with wines and spirits from all over the region.
